The Ten Principles Behind Great Customer Experiences.

For this project I created an award winning motion graphic video illustrating the ideas of The Ten Principles Behind Great Customer Experiences. This was created for the Chartered Management Institute and was showcased at The British Royal Library in the CMI Book Awards ceremony. This competition brief was to create a short animation that introduced the book and what it’s about with creative and engaging motion graphic visuals.
